PROJECT DRAFTSPERSON

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Project Draftsperson to join our Architectural Services team. In this role, you’ll transform design concepts into precise architectural and construction drawings using tools like Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape.

You’ll collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to support all phases of project development—from concept through construction documentation. We are looking for a person driven by a focused dedication to quality, a passion for design, and a steadfast commitment to client advocacy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate technical drawings and documentation
  • Support design development and presentation materials
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure aligned documentation
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards
  • Maintain organized project files and version control

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Proficiency in Revit (3–5 years preferred), SketchUp, and Enscape
  • Knowledge of building codes and construction standards
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and translate design concepts into buildable documents

This position is full-time, on-site in Wayzata, MN. Pay is commensurate with experience, within a salary range of $70,000-$98,000 annually. This position is benefits-eligible for health and wellness benefits, PTO, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan.

MARKETING MANAGER

Streeter is hiring a Marketing Manager to help shape and share our brand story. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional who has industry experience and thrives in a design-forward environment. As Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in executing marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence, engage clientele, and ultimately drive business growth. From managing digital campaigns and coordinating editorial features to organizing exclusive events and positioning Streeter as the top-tier luxury builder in the nation, you’ll be at the heart of Streeter’s marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a marketing strategy, aligned with Streeter’s luxury brand to directly support sales and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the plan, budget, and execution of all Streeter and Curated marketing campaigns across all media, including digital marketing, social media, paid advertising, print collateral, brand management, product marketing, award entries, and editorial.
  • Manage project photography, editorial outreach, and brand partnerships.
  • Manage and coordinate Streeter-sponsored marketing events (e.g. Homes by Architect Tour, client dinners, Streeter hosting events, etc.).
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with luxury real estate agents, architects, interior designers, general wealth management firms and families, and media outlets.
  • Position the company as the top tier luxury builder in the nation and monitor marketing and campaign performance to identify opportunities for growth and refinement of brand.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, demonstrated success in supporting sales and revenue growth
  • Experience and knowledge of the industry
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Highly attentive to details
  • Willingness and ability to see an idea from ideation to execution

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a brand known for excellence in design and craftsmanship. This position is full-time, on-site in Wayzata, MN. Pay is commensurate with experience, within a salary range of $110,000 – 130,000 annually. This position is benefits-eligible for health and wellness benefits, PTO, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan.
