PROJECT MANAGER (LEVEL II) - CURATED BY STREETER

Curated by Streeter is hiring a Project Manager to bring structured guidance and accountability to project teams as a client representative. This role serves as a client representative focusing on architecturally significant residential construction projects and is responsible for ensuring that each project follows the defined Curated process, resulting in exceptional client experiences and successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings project management expertise, impressive organizational skills, and the ability to visualize and take in the big picture, yet also drill down to the finest details and not miss a beat.

As Project Manager II, you’ll oversee every step of the Curated process—from early zoning studies through project closeout—while ensuring clear communication and exceptional client care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete and deliver comprehensive zoning summaries.
  • Lead the Programming Meeting with clients and the design team to establish project goals and requirements.
  • Coordinate design deliverables and timelines using tools such as the Design Meeting Schedule, Selection Tracker, and Task Matrix; update these tools as changes occur.
  • Attend Architect-Owner-General Contractor meetings and provide detailed written notes.
  • Review Architectural Specifications and provide feedback to ensure clarity in scope, building methods, and materials; ensure updates are made when changes occur.
  • Evaluate contractor estimates and contracts, offering written feedback as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain Project Cost Summary.
  • Review and validate Change Orders prior to execution.
  • Approve monthly draws and track receipts of lien waivers.
  • Manage and consolidate project correspondence including Project Status Reports, Agendas, and Meeting Notes.
  • Coordinate internal Team Huddles and Site Reviews with the Quality Control Specialist.
  • Organize and maintain the project folder in OneDrive according to the established template.
  • Participate in the punch list creation post-interior paint and ensure timeline completion of outstanding items.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Minimum 5 years’ project management experience, construction preferred.
  • Strong understanding of custom home building processes and materials, preferred.
  • Professional, efficient, and courteous communication style.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong collaboration and team-building abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on solutions.
  • Experience working with architects and high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong financial acumen (budget tracking, change orders, cost summaries)
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., OneDrive, Buildertrend)

PROJECT MANAGER (LEVEL II)

We are hiring a detailed-oriented and client-focused Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of custom residential projects – from new custom builds to renovations to custom condo work.

This role is central to delivering exceptional homes and experiences by guiding clients, design teams, and trade partners through Streeter’s process – ensuring clarity, collaboration, and craftsmanship at every stage.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise and strong organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead custom construction projects from design through completion, ensuring quality and profitability
  • Coordinate design development, drawings, and specification timelines
  • Write detailed project specifications to clearly define scope of work, building methods, and materials
  • Provide accurate construction estimates and manage budgets
  • Issue and manage change orders, invoices and monthly billing
  • Organize subcontractor walkthrough and manage selection trackers for each project
  • Maintain weekly client communication through status reports, agendas, and meeting notes
  • Facilitate internal team huddles, site reviews, and design meetings
  • Participate in monthly PM and Tour & Learn meetings
  • Continuously expand knowledge of construction methods and materials

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Minimum 5 years’ residential construction project management experience
  • Strong understanding of custom home building processes and materials
  • Experienced in project management software (e.g. Buildertrend, Procore)
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, problem solver
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
