STREETER CARE PROJECT MANAGER (I OR II – DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)

Streeter is seeking a skilled and client focused Streeter Care Project Manager to guide residential maintenance, service, and warranty projects. In this role, you’ll deliver an exceptional client experience through the structured Streeter Care process—ensuring high-quality outcomes, smooth coordination with Trade Partners, and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a dedicated team to support clients after move-in, ensuring a seamless experience beyond the construction phase.
Prepare annual Maintenance/Inspection Repair estimates and secure client approval via service contracts.
Conduct bi-annual site inspections for contracted homes and produce detailed inspection reports with cost estimates.
Provide project management services for past clients seeking home updates or upgrades.
Maintain the Streeter Care Tracker with up-to-date Warranty, Maintenance, and Service items.
Participate in Streeter Care Coordination meetings to align on priorities and execution.
Generate accurate residential construction estimates.
Review and approve invoices and oversee monthly billing processes.
Organize and lead subcontractor walkthroughs.
Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients throughout each project.
Attend monthly Project Manager, Lunch & Learn, and Tour & Learn meetings.
Continuously develop your knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Represent Streeter at company and industry events.
Cultivate strong relationships with Trade Partners, vendors, and subcontractors.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Minimum of 5 years’ residential construction project management experience, preferred.
Professional, efficient, and courteous communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Collaborative mindset with a commitment to teamwork.
Creative problem-solver with the ability to navigate complex client needs.

This position is full-time, on-site in Wayzata, MN. Pay and PM job level is commensurate with experience. A Project Manager I will be hired within a salary range of $85,500 – $111,000 annually; a Project Manager II will be hired within a salary range of $102,000-$130,000 annually. This position is benefits-eligible for health and wellness benefits, PTO, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan.
