Highcroft

A Modern Classical Retreat. Designed around a showstopping, greenhouse-inspired conservatory, Highcroft is an 11,000-square-foot lakeside residence that balances Art Deco influences with timeless architectural elegance. Built by STREETER in collaboration with Swan Architecture, the home features a dramatic three-story floating staircase, expansive water views, and thoughtfully connected spaces for entertaining and everyday family life. Rich contrasts, playful color, and bespoke detailing bring personality throughout, while a sport court, theater, arcade, gym, and private outdoor courtyard create a retreat designed for gathering, recreation, and relaxation. A celebration of architecture, craftsmanship, and the individuality of those who call it home.
