A home’s design deserves a builder who understands its intent. At River’s Edge, our collaboration with Olson Kundig carried a highly detailed architectural vision through complex detailing, material integration, and construction.
The site shapes the home. Bayside, designed by PKA Architecture on a sloping lakeside property in Wayzata, connects the landscape with single-level daily living and spaces for family gatherings. Hill House’s cedar, limestone, and expansive glazing create their own connection to Lake Minnetonka.

A study in quiet sophistication, Hill House brings together thoughtful architecture, natural materials, and deeply personal design. Weathered cedar, limestone, warm white oak, and expansive glazing create a seamless connection between home and landscape, allowing light, texture, and proportion to take center stage.
A lake-facing compound organized around hand-hewn timber and stone. Working with Rehkamp Larson Architects, STREETER shaped a residence where a timber staircase anchors the entry, great rooms open to the water, and a barn, loft, and outdoor rooms carry the same material honesty from one building to the next.
River’s Edge is a highly detailed, site-responsive residence created in collaboration with Olson Kundig. Streeter worked closely with the architectural team to translate the design vision into a finished home, navigating complex detailing, material integration and construction with precision throughout the process. Designed to dissolve the boundary between shelter and landscape, the residence feels deeply connected to its setting and reflects the strength of thoughtful architecture, craftsmanship and disciplined execution working together.
Set into a sloping lakeside property in Wayzata, Minnesota, Bayside Residence by PKA Architecture is a modern family home, carefully designed to blend with its natural surroundings.
